Charles Pham

Charles Pham is the licensed General Contractor for Joule Construction.

Mr. Pham has had decades of experience in construction, both commercial and residential, starting from a young age when his family business required hands on work.  Mr. Pham prides himself on his attention to detail and commitment to treating all of his clients' properties as his own.
